• Builds cross-functional collaboration across the Beth Israel Lahey Health system.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership for BID Needham, ensuring safe, high-quality care and efficient resource management.
• Drive strategic growth and fiscal health while integrating BID Needham within the BILH system.
• Foster patient satisfaction, community partnerships, and philanthropic support to advance mission.
