• Track record building and leading high-performing teams through growth and change.
• Ability to align multiple entities and turn strategy into execution across organizations without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise as chief executive; set priorities and ensure strategy, people, finances, partnerships, and programs deliver shared outcomes.
• Translate the strategic framework into a practical three-year plan with milestones and scorecard.
• Serve as principal staff partner to the Board Chair; maintain governance cadence and support committees.
