The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in management, expertise in economic development, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading marketing efforts, managing the budget, and cultivating partnerships. This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct or combined experience in business, government, and/or non-profit management.
• Experience managing teams and implementing initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Business, government, and/or non-profit acumen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and promote economic competitiveness.
• Oversee marketing efforts to attract business and talent.
• Manage a comprehensive policy and advocacy agenda.
• Cultivate investments to ensure adequate revenue.
• Serve as the organization's primary spokesperson.
• Strengthen partnerships consistent with the organization’s mission.
• Recruit and maintain a high-quality professional staff.
