Qualifications

• 5+ years CEO experience in an acute freestanding children/adolescent behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with referral sources and care partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and patient-centered care focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and nonclinical departments to drive high-quality patient care outcomes.
• Ensure accreditation and regulatory guidelines are met across programs.
• Coordinate with medical staff on new ventures and care targets.
• Develop relationships with community partners and external stakeholders.
• Prepare viable budgets with the Executive Leadership Team and manage resources.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with payors.
