Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years CEO experience in an acute freestanding children-adolescent mental/behavioral health setting is required.
• Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships within complex networks including referral sources and external partners.
• Strong results orientation with ability to coach, mentor, and delegate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and a patient-centered culture.
• Collaborative leadership style with accountability across facility and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments to drive high quality patient care outcomes.
• Ensure quality metrics align with accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate medical staff involvement in new ventures and care areas.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and community partners.
• Communicate with supervisors, Operations, and Home Office teams.
• Prepare viable budgets and manage revenue and expenses to inform resource allocation.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with payors.
• Stay informed on emerging behavioral health models and create applicable delivery strategies.
• Grow and sustain high patient census across units.
• Align with corporate support and reporting structures.
