Qualifications

• 5+ years CEO experience in an acute freestanding children-adolescent mental/ behavioral health setting.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships within complex networks including referral sources and external partners.
• Strong results orientation with ability to teach, coach, mentor and delegate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments to drive high quality patient care outcomes.
• Ensure quality metrics are achieved through compliance with accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate medical staff involvement in new ventures and care expansion.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including community partners and health systems.
• Communicate with EVP Operations and Home Office Team; align with budgets and resource allocation.
• Prepare viable budgets and manage revenue and expenses to drive program success.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with payor requirements.
• Stay informed on emerging behavioral health care delivery models.
