A leading SaaS company seeks a Chief Executive Officer to drive growth and profitability. This leadership position requires a seasoned operator with experience in scaling technology businesses and a strong understanding of financial metrics. The platform enables brands to scale customer acquisition by leveraging partnerships across digital channels. With strong recurring revenues and healthy cash flow, the business is well-positioned for its next phase of expansion under decisive and entrepreneurial leadership.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned operator to step into the CEO role of a lean, high-margin SaaS company. The incoming executive will take full ownership of business performance — setting strategy, building out the team, owning the P&L, and optimizing for long-term growth and profitability. This role is ideal for a leader who combines financial acumen with product intuition and has a proven ability to scale technology businesses in a disciplined, capital-efficient manner.
Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and operating plan.
Own full P&L responsibility, including balance sheet and cash flow oversight.
Lead, hire, and manage a multidisciplinary team (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Ops).
Prioritize and guide the product roadmap based on customer needs and business impact.
Develop and optimize go-to-market strategies across multiple acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, sales).
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer-first thinking.
Present performance updates to stakeholders and board members.
Make thoughtful investment decisions that drive ROI while maintaining fiscal discipline.
7+ years of leadership experience at startups or growth-stage companies, preferably in SaaS or software-driven services.
Prior experience as a CEO, GM, Founder, or senior executive responsible for revenue, marketing, and/or operations.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, ideally with experience in affiliate, partner, or channel-based growth.
Proven ability to lead lean, profitable businesses with disciplined operations.
Strong product sensibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and product teams.
Financially literate with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
Demonstrated track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
