Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County (BGCDC) seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in strengthening capacity, community relationships, and impact for Dane County youth. • Significant senior or executive leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and build diverse revenue streams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a forward-looking strategy that guides BGCDC's next chapter of growth and impact.
• Partner with the Board to develop and implement the strategic plan and ensure financial sustainability.
• Strengthen infrastructure, talent, and governance to support a growing, multi-site organization.
• Build relationships with youth, families, partners, donors, and community leaders to advance mission and outcomes.
