Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to guide the organization into its next chapter, uphold its trusted community role, and ensure programs deliver strong outcomes for youth. The CEO will lead strategy, people, operations, finances, fundraising and partnerships, working closely with the Board and staff to strengthen impact and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nonprofit organization.
• Strong strategic and relational leadership with community focus.
• Proven ability to fundraise and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for programs, people, operations, finances, fundraising, partnerships, and community presence.
• Develop and advance organizational vision and strategic direction with the Board and senior team.
• Ensure youth-centered programs and measurable outcomes through strong youth development practices.
• Strengthen systems, policies and processes to support sustainable growth.
• Maintain financial stewardship and align resources with priorities in collaboration with the Board.
• Build relationships with donors, foundations, businesses, and government partners.
• Represent the organization in Whatcom County and expand opportunities for youth and families.
• Collaborate with the Board to ensure governance and transparency.
