Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a senior executive to own P&L and scale a global SaaS business in the $15M–$30M+ range. You’ll lead growth across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance and Operations.

Ideal candidates have enterprise software experience in MarTech or marketing automation, a track record with Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients, and hands-on M&A experience from due diligence to integration.

Qualifications

• 20+ years as a CEO, President, GM, or senior operating executive with full P&L ownership.
• Proven success scaling a $15M–$30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Recent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration.
• Strong enterprise software/SaaS background, ideally within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automation.
• Experience serving Fortune 500/Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
• Strong financial leadership with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planning.
• Experience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value.
