About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's overall strategy, growth, and operations. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute the company's long-term vision and strategic plan.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Lead organizational growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Drive innovation and ensure the company remains competitive within its industry.
Business Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments.
  • Establish organizational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Make high-impact decisions that support sustainable business growth.
Financial Management
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage company resources responsibly and ensure strong financial performance.

Leadership & Culture
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive leadership team.

Sales & Business Development
  • Develop strategic partnerships and key customer relationships.

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate strategic and operational risks.
  • Maintain ethical business practices and corporate responsibility.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, Board members, customers, and strategic partners.
  • Communicate company vision, strategy, and performance effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience, including experience as a CEO, President, COO, General Manager, or senior executive.
  • Proven success leading organizational growth and business transformation.
  • Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading startups, scale-ups, or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience raising capital and managing investor relationships.
  • Background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
