Encompass Health is seeking a transformative Hospital CEO to lead one of our 150+ inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. You will drive strategy, oversee operations, and ensure financial stability while delivering compassionate care in a welcoming community.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent, senior healthcare leadership experience, and a proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements, foster inclusion, and develop teams that exceed performance goals.

Qualifications

• MBA in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's with work experience equivalent to a Master's in hospital operations and budgeting.
• Five years of healthcare management experience, with 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with work experience equivalent to a Master's degree, as demonstrated by responsibilities such as overseeing hospital operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Five years of management experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Senior Management position.
• May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts.
• May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
