Job summary

The Tidal Financial Group is seeking an SVP of Fund Operations to lead the Fund Administration function for our ETF platform. This senior leader will oversee teams, processes, controls, and service-provider relationships in fund administration and regulatory reporting.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, shaping infrastructure, processes, and capabilities to support growth while maintaining accuracy, governance, and service quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ETF fund operations experience.
• Experience leading large teams in a high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of ETF operations, regulatory filings, and controls.
• Strong understanding of SEC requirements for ETFs and funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Fund Administration function, overseeing teams, regulatory filings, and governance.
• Oversee governance, risk, regulatory operations, audits, and regulatory filings with strong controls.
• Partner across the ETF ecosystem with custodians, auditors, legal counsel, and boards.
• Drive operational improvements, simplify processes, and introduce automation.
