Job summary

You will manage cross-functional relationships with custodians, auditors, and legal counsel

Qualifications

• 15+ years of ETF fund operations or fund administration experience.
• Experience leading large teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep knowledge of ETF operations, filings, liquidity monitoring, and controls.
• Strong understanding of SEC requirements for ETFs and registered funds.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and reduce operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Fund Administration function across teams and operations.
• Oversee regulatory filings, board reporting, audit coordination, and liquidity monitoring.
• Develop a scalable operating model with strong controls and service quality.
• Lead senior managers, build leadership depth, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Partner with custodians, auditors, and legal to ensure governance and client experience.
