MasTec Renewables is seeking an executive to lead the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) department across our renewable energy platforms. The role requires strategic oversight, compliance management, and strong leadership of EHS teams and programs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Occupational Safety or related field, 15+ years of safety experience, 5+ years in an executive role, and CSP certification. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Occupational Safety or EHS field.
• 15 years of safety related experience.
• 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
• CSP certification or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS strategy and policy development for the organization.
• Oversee EHS programs, audits, and incident investigations.
• Manage EHS budget and department allocations.
• Direct the Drug & Alcohol program and safety training.
• Maintain relationships with senior management and external partners.
• Oversight of ISNetworld, VeriForce, and PICS databases.
