Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve our data center and IaaS platforms. You will own automation strategies, develop standardized workstation images, and serve as a senior escalation point for infrastructure and endpoint issues.

The role requires a strong background in Windows Server, VMware vSphere, AD, and security-conscious operations, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in systems or infrastructure engineering with enterprise scope.
• Experience improving reliability and leading workstreams.
• Background in multi-data center environments and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and platforms.
• Develop automation and runbooks; own lifecycle and reliability.
• Lead incidents and root-cause analysis; drive improvements.
• Use PowerShell/Python to automate and scale operations.
• Maintain security posture and documentation; collaborate with teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal groups on deployments.
