Job summary

Dale WorkForce Solutions seeks a Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead a multi-year transformation of the company’s data foundation. This executive will own the data and analytics program, drive ERP consolidation across platforms, and establish a centralized, governed analytics lakehouse with KPI standardization.

The role reports to the CIO and partners with ERP, Finance, Commercial Excellence, Operations, and division IT leadership to deliver measurable business value and sustained

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms in complex, decentralized organizations.
• Hands on leadership experience with ERP-adjacent analytics (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to establish enterprise data governance and KPI standards across autonomous business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy aligned with ERP consolidation and operating model.
• Lead enterprise lakehouse architecture including data ingestion, platform strategy, and semantic models.
• Establish and govern enterprise data governance, KPI definitions, and data quality processes.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise analytics assets and track ROI across the organization.
• Lead federated analytics organization and scale enterprise analytics sustainably.
