Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise voice, unified communications, or workplace technology engineering.
• 8+ years in enterprise voice and collaboration technologies including Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Cisco Webex Cloud Calling.
• 5+ years leading architecture, engineering, or technology operations teams for large global environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the enterprise voice, calling, paging, meeting, and collaboration technology portfolio.
• Leads a team of architects and engineers for design, modernization, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms.
• Owns vendor strategy, negotiations, licensing, and supplier performance management.
• Oversees multi-year roadmap, investment planning, and financial stewardship for a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
