Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Chief Enterprise Architect to serve as the ultimate technical authority for ONR Comptroller's Office D&A Division.

You will design scalable data architectures, lead data integration, and govern data quality in a FedRAMP/DoD IL5 environment. Responsibilities include building APIs, secure access, and AI/ML model deployment, while overseeing data governance, metadata, and lineage.

Qualifications

• MA/MS with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT related field and 10 years of experience.
• Ten years of experience designing scalable, secure enterprise systems, with at least five years in data-intensive, cloud environments.
• Experience leading data integration, ETL/ELT, OLAP/OLTP architectures.
• Professional cloud architect certification (AWS/Azure).
• Proven ability to create architecture docs and roadmaps for complex data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and technical expertise to support ONR's data and analytics mission.
• Identify and curate relevant S&T datasets and automate reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure secure data access and governance policies.
• Develop and deploy analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML models in collaboration with ONR stakeholders.
• Implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and streaming data pipelines for real-time processing.
