Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect to lead the design, scalability, and integration of ONR’s data ecosystem. You will drive cloud-based architecture, data governance, ML/AI integration, and secure access across IL5 environments.

Expect collaboration with ONR stakeholders and formal architecture documentation. Responsibilities include establishing a data governance board, implementing IAM and data catalogs, and delivering real-time dashboards and APIs.

Qualifications

• Ten years designing scalable, secure enterprise systems in a cloud environment.
• Lead architect for data integration, ETL/ELT, OLAP/OLTP, and data models.
• Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect – Professional or Azure SA Expert).
• Experience documenting architecture via formal artifacts and roadmaps.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and technical expertise to ONR’s data analytics mission.
• Acquire and curate S&T data, automate reports, and configure dashboards.
• Establish data quality program with profiling, cleansing, and stewardship.
• Develop ML/AI models, NLP for unstructured text, and analytics platforms.
• Implement IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Manage access, metadata, and data cataloging under governance.
