Job summary

Praescient Analytics is seeking a Data Engineer / Systems Architect to support the Washington National Guard’s enterprise data integration efforts. The role focuses on backend pipelines, data models, and secure data foundations within Army 365 and Microsoft Dataverse, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will build and sustain transformation pipelines using Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and SQL, implement RBAC and IL5 security, coordinate with government stakeholders, and deliver clear

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise data engineering, cloud architecture, and DoD integration.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with backend data transformation and API pipelines in DoD IL5 environments.
• Proficient with Palantir Foundry, Advana, Databricks, SQL, and Microsoft Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Assess datasets in Army Vantage and Advana and document structures, data quality, and gaps.
• Develop native data transformation pipelines using Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and SQL.
• Engineer secure API and ETL connections to Dataverse (A365).
• Design Dataverse tables with keys and relationships for downstream Power Apps/Power BI.
• Configure DoD-approved authentication and scheduled synchronization; monitor pipelines.
