Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a visionary Senior Architect (Director level) to shape cloud and AI-driven architectures and provide executive-level thought leadership. You will partner with hyperscalers and guide enterprise-scale migrations across data, analytics, and AI domains.

You will influence technology roadmaps, collaborate with AWS/Microsoft/Google and clients, and drive innovative solutions across industries.

Qualifications

16+ years IT experience.
6+ years in an Architect capacity.
Valid certifications in TOGAF, IAF, NIST, Zachman, or DoDAF are highly expected.
Domain experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Media, Hi‑Tech, or Energy & Utilities.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, large-scale platform migrations and modernization projects across Data, Analytics, and AI domains.
Design enterprise-scale blueprints: Data Lake Medallion, event-driven, domain-driven, and modular microservices architectures.
Lead technical presales, author high-impact proposals, and engineer reusable IT frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies.
Act as an enterprise advisor to course-correct architectures and mitigate delivery risks.
Collaborate with strategic partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP) to showcase Capgemini's capabilities.
Drive innovation in Cloud, Data Analytics, and AI; publish articles and maintain a high-visibility profile.
Establish technology visions and multi-year roadmaps; manage executive expectations and lead diverse teams.
