Job summary

ASAPP seeks a senior product leader to define the Strategy and Portfolio for our enterprise AI offerings in New York. You will translate customer and market shifts into a focused roadmap and partner across Research, Engineering, Delivery, and Security to turn AI advances into intuitive, valuable products.

You will own products end to end, drive measurable customer outcomes with GenerativeAgent deployments, and uphold high standards for reliability, scalability, and performance in production.

Responsibilities

• Own products end to end from incubation to production deployment and scale, with clear ownership and metrics.
• Deliver customer outcomes by deploying ASAPP's GenerativeAgent and achieving measurable value, ensuring reliability and usability.
• Decide from production data using telemetry and business metrics to drive improvements and investment priorities.
• Hold the AI quality bar with safety, latency, reliability, and observability, balancing speed and scale.
• Focus and execute by prioritizing the hard tradeoffs and guiding teams to deliver with urgency and excellence.
