Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and track record of leadership in higher education enrollment management.
• Experience leading enrollment strategy across multiple student populations.
• Knowledge of best practices in admissions, retention, and financial aid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess a comprehensive enrollment management strategy aligned with the college’s mission and goals.
• Collaborate with Student Success and other partners to advance enrollment, retention, and student success goals.
• Advise the President on enrollment performance, forecasts, and market trends; identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Academic Affairs to identify growth opportunities and new pipelines.
• Lead recruitment and admissions strategy across the full enrollment funnel.
• Direct recruitment marketing and communications strategy and oversee messaging and digital outreach.
• Oversee retention initiatives and use data to target interventions.
• Provide leadership for Enrollment Management and Communications staff and ensure accountability.
