Job summary

Community College of Philadelphia seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President for Student Experience (SVP) to lead enrollment management, student support, workforce pathways, and cross-campus collaboration. The SVP reports to the President and will drive a comprehensive student experience strategy that advances economic mobility and access.

The role requires a decade of leadership in higher education, experience in enrollment management, and expertise in student success technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required.
• Doctorate in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education.
• Experience leading strategic enrollment management initiatives.
• Experience implementing student success technologies, CRM platforms, or predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated success improving retention, persistence, graduation, and student satisfaction.
• Significant executive leadership experience in enrollment management, student affairs, or student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment, admissions, financial aid, registration, student programs, and student support services.
• Develop and execute enrollment and retention strategies to maximize student outcomes.
• Collaborate across academic and administrative units to create a holistic student experience.
• Represent the division to external partners and government and advance community engagement.
• Model data-driven decision making and establish accountability metrics.
