Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado.
• Six years of progressive management or leadership experience in the water/wastewater industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering, planning, and environmental services.
• Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and long-term project forecasting.
• Report to the CEO and collaborate with Board of Directors.
• Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement and industry representation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across departments.
