V3 is seeking a Senior Water Supply & Wastewater Group Leader in Denver, CO to lead our growing water team. This role focuses on project leadership, client engagement, and team development within a dynamic local office and a broader national water group.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years as a registered PE with strong expertise in pump stations, treatment facilities, and municipal water/wastewater projects, plus a robust Denver/Front Range network.

Qualifications

• Registered professional engineer with at least 10 years of industry experience.
• Leadership experience in municipal water supply and/or wastewater consulting.
• Strong background in pump stations, treatment facilities and/or linear infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from early planning through design and construction support.
• Strong local network and credibility in the Denver/Front Range water community; active involvement with industry organizations.
• Collaborative leadership style, strong communication, and comfort guiding multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water supply and/or wastewater projects, such as pump stations, treatment facilities and linear conveyance/collection.
• Lead business development; client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development, proposals, and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, utilities, and regional agencies in Colorado; bring awareness of market needs, funding drivers, and delivery expectations.
• Mentor and support team growth; contribute to consistent, high‑quality delivery through repeatable workflows and collaboration.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate technical integration across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and structural engineers.
• Engage and enrich the local professional community.
