Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture.
• 5+ years in a Chief Engineer, Principal Architect, or senior technical leadership role on a large-scale enterprise program.
• Experience delivering enterprise security solutions in regulated federal environments (DoD/IC/civilian).
• Experience across multiple domains: network security, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security (AWS/Azure GovCloud), virtualization, or ZTNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance and leadership across 20+ projects.
• Deliver zero-trust architecture and lifecycle management for cyber tools.
• Oversee Agile ITSM lifecycle and align with service management processes.
• Guide vendor evaluation, procurement, and interoperability.
• Lead testing, validation, and production deployment strategies.
• Sustainment, patching, and optimization of deployed tools.
• Coordinate with program management, contract leads, and stakeholders.
