Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP preferred.
• Experience with senior-level architectural decisions for 2+ years.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Skilled in continuous integration and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Successfully led engineering teams through major product launches.
• Achieved measurable increases in team productivity through process improvements.
