Job summary

CACI is seeking a Chief Engineer to act as the technical authority for HADES engineering, ensuring disciplined systems engineering across Ground Control, Ground Support, Jaguar, and hybrid cloud mission systems.

The role defines and maintains the technical baseline, leads engineering execution, and ensures system performance across multi-mission ground architectures at the Albuquerque operations. Expect collaboration with partners to deliver ready, modernized capabilities.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph eligibility required.
• Extensive engineering experience with DoD ground systems or hybrid cloud C2.
• 10+ years leading systems engineering, integration, or software development.
• Deep knowledge of system availability and sustainment engineering.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex missions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical authority for HADES engineering activities.
• Develop and maintain SE processes, metrics, and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across ground systems.
• Direct modernization, integration, and verification/validation activities.
• Coordinate cybersecurity alignment with leads and accreditation authorities.
