Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical or relevant field with 15+ years of directly relevant engineering development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technology developments and direct cross-disciplinary teams.
• Hands-on knowledge across prototype/product development: embedded software, FPGA firmware, mechanics, electronics, RF, test/verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology development roadmaps for MTO and mentor technical staff.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project execution teams to build prototypes and products.
• Oversee tools, capabilities, and processes to mature prototypes into production systems.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to capture opportunities and contribute to whitepapers.
