Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global PCB manufacturer seeking an RF/Microwave technology leader. You will drive advanced beamforming designs, mentor engineers, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance microwave assemblies.

Applicants should have 20+ years in RF/Microwave engineering, a strong publication/ patent track, and deep experience with HFSS, Genesys, and ADS. A DoD-eligible background is a plus for certain programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with EM emphasis; 20+ years in RF/Microwave engineering.
• Experience leading complex RF/Microwave projects with beamforming and integrated microwave assemblies.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead major RF/Microwave projects with advanced beamforming designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
• Drive technical proposals, white papers, and trade studies.
• Set program objectives, requirements, standards, and milestones to meet specs, schedule and cost.
• Perform advanced RF analysis using HFSS, Genesys, and ADS.
• Collaborate with design, measurement, and manufacturing to realize new products.
