Job summary

The role requires an engineering leadership track record, strong collaboration with manufacturing leadership, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with extensive related experience; higher degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing a technical engineering team.
• Experience in RF development highly desirable.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RF, Mechanical, and Digital Design engineering teams and projects.
• Hire, mentor, and develop staff; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Set strategic objectives and roadmaps for advanced RF/microwave receivers.
• Collaborate with executives, customers, and manufacturing leadership.
• Direct staff administration and ensure achievement of objectives.
