Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development on DoW/IC programs.
• 5+ years experience with OPIR missions on DoW/IC programs.
• TS/SCI eligibility.
• Experience with Python and C/C++.
• Experience with embedded software development.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy for large software programs (tech blueprints, design, interfaces).
• Communicate strategy to senior management and customers to align with roadmaps and needs.
• Mentor engineering teams and perform design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to develop test procedures and deploy software.
• Evaluate and select tools, programming languages, frameworks.
• Manage technical and programmatic risk; prototype designs and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure software meets quality, reliability, performance, security, and usability standards.
