Responsibilities include inspections, guest-request responsiveness, and responsible access to sensitive areas. A strong track record in facility management and team leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical).
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure; financial and arithmetic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all rooms and public spaces to high standards.
• Lead, train, schedule shifts for the engineering team.
• Perform fire safety inspections and drills.
• Respond to maintenance requests and support guest satisfaction.
• Patrol grounds and manage lost and found.
• Access sensitive areas responsibly and represent the company.
