Qualifications

• Four years of experience in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems in large facilities.
• Experience supervising such systems and teams.
• Eligibility for permanent civil service status or transfer eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assigns, and supervises the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Direct the maintenance of water, electrical, and fire protection systems and related infrastructure.
• Prepare requisitions, reports, and ensure safe, compliant, and orderly boiler rooms and equipment areas.
