True Anomaly seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the architecture and execution of a next-generation missile defense program. You will define the end-to-end ground segment architecture, ensure interoperability with satellites and battle management, and guide software, hardware, and mission operations teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, mission-critical software systems.
• Experience with DoD software standards, RMF, and mission assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ground segment architecture for a large-scale C2 system.
• Develop architectural principles for scalability, resiliency, and security across the ground ecosystem.
• Ensure interoperability with satellites and broader battle management.
• Architect modular frameworks enabling multi-vendor integration and rapid evolution of algorithms.
