  • Evaluate field data, test results, warranty trends, and customer feedback to drive product improvements and corrective actions
  • Provide technical guidance on product architecture, component selection, manufacturability, compliance, and future technology investments
Quality, Reliability & Field Performance

  • Support compliance with applicable standards, regulations, certifications, and internal validation requirements
Customer, Supplier & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as primary technical representative for elevator-related customer escalations, field evaluations, validation activities, and performance reviews
  • Support customer site visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and product performance communications
  • Work with suppliers to evaluate component performance, quality, manufacturability, sourcing options, and cost improvement opportunities
  • Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional decisions through technical expertise, data-driven analysis, and practical problem solving
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to resolve complex technical challenges.
Job Requirements
