Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
12+ years in progressive engineering roles in product development, design, manufacturing, or quality.
PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of start.

Responsibilities

Act as chief technical authority for electro-mechanical elevator systems, especially brakes and safety-critical components.
Lead brake product development, validation, testing, and launch from concept through field follow-up.
Define design standards, testing protocols, performance requirements, reliability targets, and change practices.
