Job summary

Utility Global seeks a Conceptual Design Chief Engineer to lead early-stage engineering efforts for the H2Gen system. You will develop commercially competitive process concepts, run simulations, perform technical‑economic tradeoffs, and drive continuous improvements in system performance and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in process engineering in industrial gases or related sectors.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams or multidisciplinary studies.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable process concepts for proposals and FEL1 studies.
• Lead conceptual design and technology package engineering across opportunities.
• Own process simulations and CAPEX models; ensure data validity and reliability.
• Drive cost, performance, and reliability improvements for H2Gen systems.
• Manage teams and engineering partners to deliver timely study outcomes.
