Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Chief Engineer in Washington, DC area to supervise bargaining unit personnel and oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all equipment at the assigned site.
You will assist the PM, ensure systems function safely, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Expect 10+ years in large facilities, leadership, and a TS/SCI clearance; travel up to 25% and a demanding, hands-on leadership role.

The Chief Engineer is responsible to assist the PM in the supervision of the bargaining unit workforce and other personnel, as well as the maintenance, repair, and operation of all equipment assigned to the specific work location. The Chief Engineer will assist to ensure that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely. They will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and licensing bodies.
Employees must not hold another government contracting job or any outside employment that conflicts with required call‑out availability.
