Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree and 13-15 years of relevant experience [OR] 17-19 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• PE registration in at least one state.
• Experience on EPC projects.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering calculations, CAD/CAE, and design standards.
• Experience with ETAP calculation and power system studies.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and participates in day-to-day electrical engineering activity on large, complex projects.
• Supervises and reviews work of electrical engineers, estimates staffing and assigns work.
• Provides technical input to meet procurement requirements.
• Prepares discipline estimates and work plans aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintains coordination with other disciplines and client requirements.
• Reviews bid evaluations and change orders; coordinates client approvals when needed.
• Ensures on-the-job training for engineering staff.
