Job summary

Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a transformational Senior Director, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy across North America. This executive will shape environmental stewardship, regulatory excellence, and risk management for a growing rail services network.

The ideal candidate will bring deep regulatory expertise, a track record of leading multi-site EHS functions, and strong executive presence to drive continuous improvement and talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site industrial, manufacturing, transportation, rail, energy, or field service operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee air permitting, emissions management, waste programs, water compliance, and environmental reporting.
• Drive safety and operational performance with data-driven EHS programs.
• Develop and mentor EHS professionals and drive organizational change.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and mitigate enterprise risk.
