Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of the Complaints and Training BU within the Equal Employment Office.
• Supervise staff in processing EEO complaints for all serviced activities.
• Ensure all EEO complaints comply with EEOC laws and directives.
• Develop guidance and briefings for senior management.
• Oversee intake through resolution of EEO complaints, including counseling, ADR, and investigations.
• Conduct special projects and analyses of EEO, ADR, and training data.
