Qualifications

• Three years of general experience in administrative, investigative, or related work.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations, laws or court decisions.
• Experience in coordinating program activities and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administers EEO complaints processing including counseling and ADR coordination.
• Monitors and expedites complaint processing and analyzes data for trends.
• Advises on EEO program development and solicits management action for resolution.
• Delivers EEO training and ensures compliance with DON/EEOC requirements.
• Maintains EEO data in mandated systems and reviews case law for updates.
• Participates in committees on position management, recruitment and training.
