Qualifications

• You understand how Washington works and can identify the three sentences that matter in a 40-page policy document.
• You understand how feeds work and know what performs on TikTok, YouTube, X, and podcasts.
• You can edit other people’s words fast without flattening their voice.

Responsibilities

• Coach creators through complex issues until they can explain them in their own words.
• Turn client messaging into creator-friendly content for social feeds.
• Write outlines for podcasts, videos, and segments with clear structure and key questions.
• Spot landmines like misreads or conflicting sponsors before posting.
• Protect authenticity by saying no to clients when a match is wrong, even if revenue is involved.
