Qualifications
- Experience as CTO/CIO or equivalent enterprise tech leader.
- Led digital transformations with measurable revenue impact.
- Experience in B2C services and direct customer impact.
- Ownership of customer-facing technology.
- Strong executive presence and strategic business partnership.
- Experience with AI, automation or conversational tech.
- Regional / multi-market leadership (LATAM/CALA).
- Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

- Consolidate fragmented data to enable a unified customer view.
- Lead digital commerce, CRM, loyalty and payments modernization.
- Oversee AI-enabled customer service and interactions.
