Qualificações

• 7+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, advertising, or performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of AI search and changing discovery behavior.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, CMS, analytics, and reporting.
• Leadership across teams, agencies, budgets, and cross-functional work.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, digital media, advertising, or a related field.

• Set SEO and AI discovery strategy across search and answer engines.
• Develop demand-generation campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, display, and retargeting.
• Build full-funnel campaigns that turn awareness into qualified leads.

• Guide integrated digital, content, email, advertising, and event campaigns.
