Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in development, fundraising, or related roles with leadership experience.
• Proven track record securing government contracts and managing corporate donor relationships.
• Experience leading capital campaigns and managing grants; knowledge of cybersecurity in fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans targeting government contracts, corporate donors, and other sources.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with government officials, corporate partners, and philanthropic orgs.
• Lead and manage capital campaigns; oversee grant management from proposal to reporting.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors as advisor and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices are integrated into development operations.
