Job summary

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, communications, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of senior-level fundraising or nonprofit management experience.
  • Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills to articulate agency value.
  • Strong data analysis, budgeting and forecasting abilities.
  • Leadership experience and board collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develops orientation sessions for board members and fundraising training.
  • Liaises with Board, committees and CEO to advance fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversees all agency fundraising including budgets and events.
  • Directs donor cultivation, stewardship and donor recognition programs.
  • Supervises development staff and coordinates with finance and grant writers.
